The short version: we only collect what we need to answer your quote request and do the work. We don't use ads, analytics, or tracking on this website, and we never sell your information.
1. Who we are
JB Clean & Green ("we," "us") is a local exterior home services business serving Worcester, Massachusetts and surrounding towns. This policy covers our website at jbcleanandgreen.com and the information you give us when you contact us or hire us.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you use the quote form, we collect:
- Your name and phone number (required, so we can contact you about your request).
- Your town and the service you want.
- Anything you choose to write in the "Details" box. If you use a Snow Season Pass button, the box starts with a prompt for your address, because we need it to schedule snow service. You can leave it out of a regular quote request until we talk.
If you call, text, or email us, or hire us, we also keep what you tell us (for example your address, the work requested, scheduling details, and payment records).
Please don't put payment card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords in the form or in a message to us. We never need them to give you a quote.
Information collected automatically
Our website host (Netlify) and your internet provider process basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, simply to deliver the web pages and keep the site secure. We do not use this information to identify you or track you, and we do not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or social media trackers on this website. See our Cookie Policy.
Photos
We take before-and-after photos of our work for our own records. We ask before posting photos of your property on our website or social media, and we try to leave out house numbers, people, and license plates.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your request and give you a quote.
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on work, including texting you when a job (such as a driveway) is done.
- To invoice you, take payment, and keep business and tax records.
- To protect the site and our business from spam and misuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising.
4. Calls and texts
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request or your job. We don't send marketing or promotional text messages. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. To stop texts, reply STOP or tell us you'd rather talk by phone or email.
5. Who handles your information
We use a few service providers to run the business. They handle your information only to provide their service.

6. How long we keep it
We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to respond and follow up. Records of completed work and payments are kept as long as needed for taxes, accounting, warranty questions, and resolving disputes. After that we delete or anonymize them.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us using the details above and we'll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records (for example, invoices) where the law or a dispute requires it. These choices are open to everyone, wherever you live.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including a secure (HTTPS) website and password-protected accounts. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If we ever learn of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
9. Children
This website is meant for adults arranging services for their homes. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Links to other sites
Our site links to Google. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of other websites.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information (for example, by adding website analytics), we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
