Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 12, 2026
The short version: Part A covers using this website. Part B covers hiring us for a job. Part C covers the Snow Season Pass. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Massachusetts or federal consumer law.
"We," "us," and "JB Clean & Green" mean the exterior home services business serving Worcester, Massachusetts and nearby towns. "You" means the person using the site or hiring us.
Part A — Using this website
1. Information on the site
The site describes our services and general prices. Prices shown (such as Snow Season Pass prices) apply to the situations described. A final price for any other job is the one in your quote. We work to keep the site accurate, but it may contain mistakes or be out of date. If something looks wrong, call us and we'll sort it out.
2. A request is not a booking
Sending the quote form asks us for a quote. It doesn't create a contract, hold a date, or reserve a Snow Season Pass spot. A job is booked only when we both agree on the scope and price and we confirm it.
3. Our content
The text, photos, logo, and design on this site belong to JB Clean & Green. You may view and share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse our photos, logo, or text without our permission.
4. Acceptable use
Please don't use the site to send spam, false information, or anything unlawful, and don't try to disrupt or break into it.
5. Third-party links
Links to Google and other sites are for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
6. Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site. If something is hard to use, call 774-573-5422 or email bellofattojakai@gmail.com and we'll help you another way and fix the problem.
Part B — Hiring us for a job
7. Quotes and scope
We quote after learning about the job, and where possible after seeing the property. The quote lists the work included and the price. If we find conditions that change the work (for example, much more buildup than described), we'll tell you and get your OK before charging more.
8. Scheduling and weather
We'll give you a date or window. Weather, safety, and equipment problems can delay work. When that happens we'll contact you and reschedule. You can cancel or reschedule a one-time job without a fee by telling us at least 24 hours ahead.
9. Access and preparation
You agree to make sure we can safely reach the work area, including gates, outdoor water and power if needed. Please move vehicles, decorations, toys, and fragile items. Please tell us before we start about anything we might not see, such as invisible pet fences, irrigation heads, buried lines, loose shingles, loose or damaged gutters or siding, or fragile surfaces. Tell us if anyone will be home or if pets will be loose.
10. Property condition
Older or worn surfaces (roofs, siding, paint, gutters, decks, concrete) can show damage that was already there once they're cleaned or touched. We aren't responsible for existing damage or conditions we couldn't reasonably see or that you didn't tell us about. We use reasonable care and are responsible for damage we cause through our own negligence.
11. Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing in your quote. We'll tell you the accepted ways to pay when we quote.
12. If you're not satisfied
Tell us within 7 days of the job and, if you can, send photos. We'll look at it and, if the work wasn't done as agreed, come back and make it right at no charge.
13. Your right to cancel certain contracts
If you sign a contract for more than $25 at your home or anywhere other than our regular place of business, federal and Massachusetts law may give you three business days to cancel. We will give you a written notice of that right when it applies. Different cancellation rules apply to some contracts for home improvement work; if they apply to your job, we'll follow them.
14. Photos
We may photograph the work for our records. We use photos of your property for marketing only with your permission.
15. Texts and calls
By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your request or job. We don't send marketing texts. See our Privacy Policy.
Part C — Snow Season Pass
This part applies to the Snow Season Pass in addition to Part B. If the two differ, Part C controls for the Pass.
16. What the Pass is
The Pass is a flat price for snow clearing at your property for one winter season, December 1 through March 31. It covers the driveway and walkway areas in the plan you choose (Standard, Large, and the optional Steps & Side Paths add-on), as described on our website when you sign up.
17. Spots and confirmation
We offer a limited number of spots (15 for the 2026–27 season) so we can keep our route tight. Spots are filled in the order requests are confirmed. A request does not hold a spot; your Pass starts when we confirm it to you and you've paid or arranged payment as described below. If we're full, we may offer you a place on our per-storm waitlist at $45 per storm.
18. Price and payment
The price is flat for the season, whether the winter is light or heavy. The early-bird price applies when you sign up and pay in full by November 15. You may instead split payment into two halves, due November 15 and January 15. Plan prices are those shown on our website when you sign up.
19. What's covered
- Each snowstorm of 2 inches or more of accumulation at your property between December 1 and March 31.
- We aim to finish within 12 hours after the snow stops, as safe conditions and clear access allow. In long storms we may clear during the storm and again at the end.
- For storms of more than 12 inches, a $25 additional charge applies to that storm. We decide whether a storm meets these amounts by our reasonable measurement.
- We'll text you, with a photo, when your driveway is done.
20. What's not covered
- Salting, sanding, ice melt, or ice removal. Clearing snow does not make a surface free of ice. You remain responsible for the safety of your property, including ice and slippery areas.
- Areas that are blocked (for example by a parked car). We'll clear what we can reach and the visit still counts.
- Snow, plow banks, or drifts that appear after we finish, including snow pushed back by town plows or by later wind.
- Roofs, decks, stairs or paths not in your plan, or places that can't be cleared safely.
21. Marking your property
Before the ground freezes, we stake driveway edges. Please tell us about curbs, pavers, lawn edges, sprinkler heads, lights, mailboxes, and similar things that snow could hide. We use reasonable care but aren't responsible for damage to items we couldn't reasonably see or that weren't marked, unless we cause it through our negligence.
22. Safety, delays, and emergencies
We won't operate in unsafe conditions. Travel bans, emergencies, equipment breakdowns, extreme storms, or being unable to reach you may delay service. We'll get to you as soon as it's reasonably safe, and we won't treat a delay as a breach if we do.
23. Ending the Pass
If you cancel before December 1, we'll refund what you paid. After the season starts, the flat price is not refundable because we reserve your spot and route for the whole season. If we are unable to continue the service, we'll refund the unused part of the season in proportion to the time remaining.
General terms
24. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost income). This doesn't limit liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for personal injury caused by our negligence, and it doesn't affect your rights under Massachusetts consumer protection law.
25. Website as-is
The website is provided "as is," and we don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
26. Governing law and disputes
Massachusetts law governs these terms. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem directly. If we can't, disputes will be handled in the courts in Worcester County, Massachusetts, unless the law requires otherwise. We don't require arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim in small claims court.
27. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you request a quote or sign up applies to that job or Pass. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
